Orygen Professionals
ORYGEN Training and Development provides training and service development in the area of youth mental health. These services are available to mental health providers and community agencies across Australia and overseas. Training and service development packages are flexible, and can be tailored to the individual requirements of services and practitioners.
Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) Families
Triple P is a preventative program that aims to promote positive relationships between parents and their children and effective parental management strategies. Children most likely to benefit include children who are demanding, disobedient, defiant, or aggressive. The program includes eight training sessions that may be delivered individually or in groups of 10-12 parentsRelationships Australia Professionals Families
Relationships Australia offers a range of Family and Relationship Courses for individuals, couples and family members. Each state and territory offers its own range of courses and programs and some will be common to all. Training is provided for professionals and human services workers to develop specialist counselling, mediation and management skills in the area of relationships. Training is provided from basic to advanced professional competency levels.

Anglicare Families
Anglicare regional Community Care Centres provide a range of education courses, workshops and seminars provided in support of parents, carers, couples and the public in general. Topics vary between regions and suburbs. Up to date information is provided on this site and may be downloaded at any time. ANGLICARE Education and Training Unit programs include: marriage preparation programs; family skills education programs; marriage enrichment weekends and couple days; community education and family support courses.

Interrelate Professionals Families
Specific programs have been developed for single parents, couples, families, children/young people, men, individuals, speciality areas (such as families affected by disability or violence), indigenous families and families with cultural and language differences. Interrelate also offers knowledge-through-experience in the form of Training for Professionals.
Centre for Community Welfare Training Professionals
CCWT is the training and development arm of the Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies ACWA and provides professional development opportunities for staff employed across the community services industry.
Uniting Care/Burnside Professionals Families
The Family Work Program, based in North Parramatta, offers a range of free Parent Support Groups and Workshops, for parents with children aged from birth to 18 years. The Parenting Groups generally run for six weeks and offer a range of positive parenting strategies to help build parent/child relationships, manage children's behaviour, improve family communication and provide up to date child development information to parents.
The Institute of Family Practice combines the well-respected practice of Unifam Training and Education Program and the Burnside Training Program. The previous courses and services have been combined to build a stronger and more comprehensive training and education service.

CCCH offers a wide range of professional development activities that are designed to meet the needs of all professionals who work with children and families. Drawing on its world-class research and its clinical practice, CCCH’s courses and seminars are run by experienced early childhood facilitators.
Drummond Street Relationship Centre (DSRC) Professionals Families
The DSRC Family Promotion Unit delivers a range of community education, psycho-educational groups and parenting support programs. The DSRC Education and Training Unit offers a broad selection of professional development sessions to workers in the health/welfare and family relationship fields and delivers around 14 hours of this training per month.
LifeWorks Families
LifeWorks is a not-for-profit organisation that provides professional family and relationship counselling and education services for individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. Lifeworks offers a range of courses, including letting go and moving on, parenting after separating, behaviour change program for men, anger management for women, living in a step-family, parenting preschoolers and early school aged children.
Parenting Research Centre Professionals Families
A selection of parenting training programs are run by the Parenting Research Centre, including Signposts for Building Better Behaviour, ABCD Parenting Young Adolescents and Triple P. The Parenting Research Centre also conducts training programs for professionals with the purpose of disseminating evidence-based best practice to professionals with an interest in working more effectively with parents or carers.
